We want you to love every restoration. That's why we offer a free preview before any payment — and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee if something isn't right.
1. Our Philosophy
Rememory AI is built on a simple promise: only pay when you love the result. Every photo you upload receives a free, watermarked AI restoration preview at no charge. You evaluate the quality before deciding whether to purchase the HD, watermark-free version.
We believe in transparent, fair billing. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we want to make it right. This policy sets out how.
2. Free Watermarked Preview
The free watermarked preview is always free — no credit card required, no credits consumed, no strings attached. You receive a full-resolution preview of your restored photo with a Rememory AI watermark, allowing you to judge the quality of the AI restoration before committing to a purchase.
Because the free preview is provided at no cost, it is not subject to refund requests.
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
3.1 What Is Covered
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the following purchases:
- Pay-per-photo HD restorations — single HD unlock purchases.
- Credit packs — if you purchased a credit pack and are unhappy with the results you obtained using those credits, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a paid HD restoration within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund the credit cost or purchase price — no questions asked, provided the request falls within the eligibility criteria below.
3.2 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You must not have already received a refund for the same purchase or restoration.
- The restoration must have been completed (i.e., we successfully delivered a restored output to you). Failed restorations are never charged and do not require a refund request — see Section 6.
- Refund requests must not be the result of a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding without genuine dissatisfaction). We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of suspected bad-faith use.
3.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Visit our Contact page or email us at support@rememoryai.com.
- Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
- We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record) and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your Rememory AI subscription (Pro or Business) at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@rememoryai.com. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all plan benefits — including your credit balance and stored photos — until that date.
4.2 Subscription Refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a subscription billing period unless required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you cancel a subscription shortly after a renewal and have not used the Service during that period, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Annual subscriptions that are cancelled within 14 days of the annual renewal date (and where no credits have been consumed in that new period) may be eligible for a full refund of the annual renewal charge at our discretion.
4.3 Downgrades
You may downgrade your subscription plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No partial-period refund is issued for the downgraded plan difference.
5. Credits
Credits never expire and remain valid for the lifetime of your account. Unused credits carry over between billing periods.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Upon account closure, any remaining credit balance is forfeited unless a refund for those credits is requested within 30 days of purchase (see Section 3).
Credits consumed on completed restorations are generally non-refundable beyond the 30-day satisfaction window described above.
6. Failed Restorations
If a restoration job fails due to a technical error on our end (server error, processing timeout, or model failure), no credit is deducted from your account and no charge is levied. The failed job is logged automatically and you will be notified with the option to retry at no cost.
If you believe you have been charged for a failed restoration, contact us immediately at support@rememoryai.com and we will investigate and correct the error promptly.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments made through Rememory AI are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Accordingly, refunds are also issued through Paddle. Upon approval of your refund request by Rememory AI, Paddle will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but are typically 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. If applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides rights that are more favourable than those described in this policy, those statutory rights take precedence.
In particular, if you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional cancellation rights under applicable distance-selling regulations. Please contact us to discuss these rights.
